1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Email Extractor 1.6 ("the Tool", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Tool's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Email-Extractor.org provides multiple free browser based tools including Email Extractor, Email Validator, and Random Email Generator. These tools allow users to extract addresses, verify deliverability, and generate sample data for testing and research.

3. User Eligibility

By using the Tool, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will use the Tool in accordance with these Terms
• You will not use the Tool for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Email Extractor 1.6 only for purposes that are legal, ethical, and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree:

The Tool and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Email Extractor 1.6 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. User Data and Privacy

6.1 Local Processing

All data processing occurs locally in your browser. Your data never leaves your computer and is not transmitted to our servers.

6.2 No Data Storage

We do not store, collect, or have access to the content you process through the Tool. Any project data saved is stored locally in your browser using localStorage.

6.3 Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal localStorage to store user preferences (theme settings, saved projects). We do not use tracking cookies or collect personal information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability of the Tool but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Tool may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tool is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Email Extractor 1.6, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Tool
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Tool
• Any content obtained from the Tool
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Email Extractor 1.6 and its creators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Tool
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Tool caused damage to a third party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Tool immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Email Extractor 1.6 regarding our Tool, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Tool.
